" Jon Thanks for all of your assistance.Everyone truly enjoyed our trip. As far as rebooking is concerned, we usually go every other year to some destination so next year will not be feasible at this time. Perhaps a smaller group for another place, but I will let you know. Here is some feedback on our trip: 1. The villa was beautiful with a couple of suggestions. The treadmill needs to be fixed or someone is going to get hurt. The belt slips quite badly which makes it unsafe to use. The kitchen should be air-conditioned. I realize the main house is too big but the kitchen is truly 'like an oven' (no pun intended) most times of day. The beach was great. The property was very well maintained. When you drive in from the main road, you hold your breath as the 'neighborhood' seems a little shaky but once you get to the actual villa, the photos on line truly do not do it justice. The place is magnificent! 2. The staff was fantastic. Carmen, the cook, was the perfect! Not only was she a great cook, she was one of the highlights of our visit. Everyone wanted to bring her home. Her husband David is the property caretaker and does a great job as well. He also couples as Carmen's waiter. The two chamber maids were terrific. You should make a point to tell prospective guests that a full breakfast is included each day, not just a continental breakfast. I have never eaten so much bacon in my life. You should also mention that laundry is also included as the maid staff does the guest laundry every other day. Great benefit!! 3. The car rental service was great. Cars were clean and in fine working condition. 4. The boat service to and from St Maarten was fantastic and Franklin Conner was your classic 'jolly captain'. The ride back was a little hairy due to the conditions of the sea but we all arrived safe and sound (albeit a little jostled). 5. Lastly, I would tell anyone visiting this island that the dress code is extremely casual. No make where we went, you could go in flip flops, tee shirt and shorts, even at the exclusive resorts. Some people were more dressed up than others but when we go here again, none of the men will pack any long pants as they are not needed. If you would like any further details, let me know. We appreciate your assistance in planning this trip and will will surely use you again in the future. Eight of the ten people prefer St Barths still so that's probably going to be the next destination. Thanks again. "

Zenaida Estate is nestled on three acres of lush tropical gardens with sweeping views of the Caribbean Sea, and the mountains of St Martin and St Barths beyond. The estate offers seven large air-conditioned bedrooms and living rooms in two separate villas with Asian antiques and contemporary comfortable furniture. There is also a separate guest cottage in the garden. All rooms are sheltered from the tropic sun by a long porch with steps leading down to a magical pool, whose vanishing edge makes you feel as though you are swimming right into the Caribbean. In addition to the above mentioned amenities, the estate includes an open air hot tub and a delightful BBQ area.

The Zenaida Master Villa is comprised of a main house with three bedrooms (all with bathrooms en suite), living room and verandas, plus a one bedroom Guest Cottage adjacent to the main house. In addition the villa has a foot path to the beach (a two minute stroll,) exclusive use of a hot tub, fresh water swimming pool and its own private gym.

The Master Villa also includes the use of the Grand Pavilion which is comprised of a very spacious living room, dining room, and computer room--all with sweeping views of the Caribbean

The Zenaida Guest Villa is comprised of three bedrooms and three bathrooms, full kitchen, living room and verandas.

The tiled patio that surrounds the pool, set amidst lush Mediterranean gardens, offers ample room to view the breathtaking tropical sunset. A smaller western patio adjoining the kitchen provides an ideal location for breakfast.
